13 MANETTE ST.
SOHO, LONDON
SOHO ESTATES
Retail and Offices
This project was for the refurbishment, re-clad and full re-model of what was a poor quality 1960's office building on Manette Street in Soho.

The scheme transformed the building through careful design and detailing, using high quality materials. The design draws on the historic context and architecture of the adjacent Grade 1 Listed Chapel of St Barnabas, with hand carved glazed terracotta tiles inspired by Josiah Wedgwood, who once had a factory opposite the site.

The Ground Floor is now home to Three Sheets Cocktail bar with bespoke offices above including a new roof garden with views across the rooftops of Soho.
